This page describes what this site collects, where it goes, and how long it is kept. There is no account to create and nothing to log in to.

Who runs this site

This site is published by Paige Martin, a Texas real estate agent with Real Broker, LLC, and covers Memorial Villages real estate.

The home valuation form

The site collects one thing, the Memorial Villages home valuation request, through two versions of the same form. The full form, on the home valuation page, asks for your name, your email address, your phone number (optional), when you are thinking of selling, the property address, and anything else you would like to add about the property (optional). The shorter form, at the foot of most pages, asks only for your name, your email address, and the property address.

What you send is stored by this site and delivered to Paige Martin at Real Broker, LLC — including the customer-management systems they use to keep track of inquiries — so that your request can be answered. It is not sold, and it goes to no one else.

Server logs

The web server that delivers these pages keeps standard access logs. Each entry records the page requested, the time of the request, the IP address the request came from, the browser's user-agent string, and the response the server returned. The logs are used to keep the site working and to see which pages are being fetched, including by search engines and other automated crawlers. Log files are kept for no longer than 90 days.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, a measurement service from Google LLC, to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser — the ones whose names begin with _ga — so that repeat visits from the same browser are counted as one returning reader rather than several new ones.

What Google Analytics collects — the pages you view, the approximate location Google derives from your IP address, and your device and browser type — is sent to Google and processed by Google LLC. It is kept separate from what you send through the valuation form, which never reaches Google.
